Agreement Terms

1.1 This Agreement is made between Silara Marketing (ACN 688 042 177) ("Silara Marketing") and the accommodation provider identified in Part 1 of this Agreement (the "Provider"). The parties intend this Agreement to be legally binding.

1.2 Silara Marketing operates the Accommodation Provider Growth Program (the "APGP"), under which it sources, qualifies and matches NDIS participants ("Participants") to accommodation held or managed by the Provider.

1.3 The Provider may accept or decline any Participant introduced to it at its absolute discretion and is not required to provide reasons. Silara Marketing performs its obligations on a best-efforts basis and gives no warranty as to the number of Introductions made, any occupancy level achieved, or any commercial outcome.
